If downloading the installer through your browser is proving difficult, use our Microsoft Store listing instead. On a Windows PC, the link below can open the Store app directly; use the web listing if it does not open.

Choose the install option on the listing and follow the prompts. If your organisation restricts Microsoft Store or app installation, contact your IT team. There is no need to disable your security settings.

Using the direct installer instead?

Before continuing

Only follow these steps when you started the download from easyzoneplans.com. The file should be named easy-zone-plans-setup.exe (Edge may add a number in brackets if you downloaded it more than once), and the publisher should show Fire & Audio Solutions Limited. If anything looks different, cancel the download and contact us.

If Edge blocks the download

Open Edge's Downloads panel using the download arrow near the top-right of the browser.
Find easy-zone-plans-setup.exe and select the three-dot menu beside it, then choose Keep.
If Edge displays “Make sure you trust easy-zone-plans-setup.exe before you open it”, check that the publisher is Fire & Audio Solutions Limited.
Select the small arrow beside Delete, then choose Keep anyway.
Once complete, select Open file to start the installer.

If Windows SmartScreen appears during installation

Check that the window refers to the Easy Zone Plans installer you just downloaded.
Select More info.
Select Run anyway to continue with the installation.
